Hurt my back really bad. Love being called a drama queen by husband and mother when I hurt so much I am on the floor crying and cant breathe from the pain. Joe was teasing, but that still hurt. Yes I'm fat. Yes I need to exercise more. This isn't from that. This is from sleeping funny.

Will edit and explain this more later.

no. no it isnt. though i am standing finally. it took all night on a heating pad and a nice hot bath (flexing the lower back muscles under water), then stretching using my kitchen counter as leverage. Dont even ask how many pain killers i took.

i dont even care about karma right now. I am just glad I can stand and move (even if it is at the speed of slug)

Oh, crumbs. I've pulled my back before and it's pure agony. D: And usually I wasn't doing anything. Like turning over in bed, or reaching for something.
